Definitions

ForexVPS.vip, we, us, our means the provider of the ForexVPS.vip services.

Customer, you means any person or business using our website, Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App or ordering our services.

Services means Forex VPS hosting, Windows VPS services, server setup, subscription management, billing, support and any related services provided by ForexVPS.vip.

Mini App means the Telegram Mini App used for ordering, checkout, account access, subscriptions, billing management and support.

VPS means a virtual private server or similar remote Windows server environment provided to the Customer.

Service Description

ForexVPS.vip provides Windows VPS hosting for traders who use trading platforms, EA robots, algorithmic trading tools and Windows applications.

Our Telegram bot and Telegram Mini App are used for ordering, billing, subscription management and support. The VPS itself is not located inside Telegram. The VPS is a separate remote Windows server accessed through standard Remote Desktop or other approved access methods.

After setup, VPS access details are sent to the email address provided by the Customer during checkout or account registration.

Account, Telegram and Email

You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account, email account, VPS credentials and payment account secure.

We may treat actions performed through your Telegram account, Mini App account or registered email as actions performed by you.

Your registered email may be used for VPS access details, service notices, invoices, renewal reminders, support communication and important account information.

If you lose access to your Telegram account or email address, we may request verification before making changes to your service or account.

Orders and Service Setup

Orders are placed through the Telegram Mini App or other official ForexVPS.vip order channels.

You are responsible for selecting the correct VPS plan, billing period, server location and any additional services before completing checkout.

In most cases, VPS setup is completed within 1 hour after successful payment. During busy periods, high demand, manual checks, stock limitations, payment verification or technical delays, setup can take up to 24 hours or longer.

Service setup is considered completed when VPS access details are sent to the Customer email or made available through an official ForexVPS.vip communication channel.

Server Locations and Latency

Available server locations may be shown inside the Telegram Mini App, website or product page.

Latency depends on many factors, including broker server location, network route, internet providers, data center conditions, customer location, trading platform settings and third party infrastructure.

Any latency information, ping table, broker latency data or location recommendation is provided for general information only. It is not a guarantee of future latency, execution speed, trading performance or broker connectivity.

The Customer is responsible for choosing the server location before ordering. If you are unsure which location to choose, you should contact us before placing an order.

Payments, Subscriptions and Renewals

Services are provided on a prepaid basis.

Prices, billing periods and available payment methods are shown during checkout or on the product page.

Some services are subscription based and may renew automatically until cancelled by the Customer.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the selected billing period until the subscription is cancelled.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method has sufficient funds before the renewal date.

If a renewal payment fails, the service may be suspended, restricted or terminated. We may delete the VPS and related data after a period of non payment.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the Telegram Mini App or another official cancellation method provided by ForexVPS.vip.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically create a refund for the current paid period.

After cancellation, the service may remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case by case basis.

Refund eligibility may depend on the type of service, usage time, setup costs, software licensing costs, payment processing fees, server provider fees and whether the service has already been delivered.

No refund is provided if the service was suspended, blocked or terminated because of a violation of these Terms.

No refund is provided for customer mistakes such as selecting the wrong location, wrong plan, wrong billing period or failing to check requirements before ordering, unless we decide otherwise at our sole discretion.

Payment gateway fees, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, setup costs, software licensing costs and third party service costs may be deducted from any refund.

Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider and may take several business days or longer.

Customer Responsibilities

• Using the VPS legally and responsibly.
• Keeping your VPS credentials secure.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining your own trading platforms, EA robots, indicators, scripts and Windows applications unless you purchased a specific setup service from us.
• Making your own backups of important files, settings, trading tools and platform configurations.
• Checking that the VPS plan is suitable for your intended use.
• Complying with all applicable laws, broker rules, platform rules and software license terms.

We are not responsible for losses caused by your trading decisions, trading software, EA robots, broker issues, platform errors, incorrect settings, user mistakes or lack of backups.

Managed and Unmanaged Scope

ForexVPS.vip provides the VPS environment, server access and related hosting infrastructure.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not manage your trading strategy, broker account, Expert Advisors, trading terminals, indicators, copy trading tools or third party software.

Support may help with basic access, billing, service status and general VPS related questions. Advanced software setup, trading platform configuration, EA troubleshooting or custom Windows administration may require an additional paid service or may not be available.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for illegal, abusive, harmful or high risk activities.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Spam or unsolicited messaging.
• Phishing, fraud, scams or impersonation.
• Malware, viruses, botnets or harmful scripts.
• Brute force attacks, port scanning, hacking, cracking or unauthorized access attempts.
• DDoS attacks or participation in any network abuse.
• Cryptocurrency mining.
• Hosting public VPN or proxy services without written permission.
• Illegal file sharing or copyright infringement.
• Activities that cause IP blacklisting, network abuse, excessive load or harm to our infrastructure, providers or other customers.
• Any activity prohibited by applicable law, data center rules, payment provider rules or upstream provider policies.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate any service that violates these rules or creates risk to our infrastructure, reputation, providers, customers or payment systems.

Resource Usage and Performance

VPS services are provided according to the plan specifications shown during checkout.

Performance may vary depending on server load, network conditions, third party providers, software installed by the Customer and other technical factors.

We may limit, suspend or migrate services if usage causes excessive load, network abuse, technical instability, security risk or negative impact on other customers.

Maintenance and Service Changes

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance to protect, improve or restore service quality.

Maintenance may temporarily affect access to the VPS, Mini App, website, billing or support systems.

We may modify, replace, relocate or upgrade infrastructure when needed for operational, security, provider or technical reasons.

We may change available plans, prices, features, locations or service terms. If changes affect active subscriptions, we will make reasonable efforts to notify Customers through email, website, Telegram Mini App or another official channel.

Data, Backups and Deletion

The Customer is responsible for keeping backups of important data.

We do not guarantee that customer data, files, trading platform settings, EA files, logs or other materials will be recoverable after suspension, termination, deletion, server failure or non payment.

After service cancellation, termination, refund, chargeback or non payment, we may delete the VPS and all related data.

Third Party Services

Our services may depend on third party providers, including data centers, server providers, network providers, payment processors, Telegram, email providers, software vendors and other infrastructure partners.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, restrictions, errors, policy changes, account actions or service interruptions caused by third parties.

Telegram is a third party platform. ForexVPS.vip does not control Telegram availability, Telegram accounts, Telegram Mini App platform behavior or Telegram client functionality.

Trading Risk Disclaimer

ForexVPS.vip provides hosting services. We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, portfolio management or brokerage services.

Trading forex, CFDs, futures, options and other financial instruments involves a high risk of loss and may not be suitable for all investors.

Using a VPS does not guarantee trading profits, better execution, lower slippage, lower latency, successful Expert Advisor performance or any specific trading result.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, broker choice, trading software, risk management and financial results.

Do not trade with borrowed money or money you cannot afford to lose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForexVPS.vip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or financial losses, including loss of profits, loss of trades, trading losses, loss of data, downtime, software errors, broker issues, latency changes, payment issues or third party failures.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the affected service during the billing period in which the issue occurred.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate a service if:

• Payment is not completed or renewal fails.
• The Customer violates these Terms.
• The service is used for prohibited activities.
• The service causes technical, legal, security, network or reputational risk.
• A chargeback, payment dispute or suspected fraud occurs.
• Verification is required and not completed.
• A third party provider requires suspension or termination.

Suspension or termination does not remove the Customer's responsibility to pay outstanding amounts, chargeback fees, provider costs or damages caused by misuse.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we may suspend or terminate your services.

We may provide order details, access logs, invoices, service delivery records and communication history to the payment provider as evidence.

Chargeback fees and related costs may be added to your account where permitted by law.

Communication

Official communication may be sent through email, Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, website notices or other official channels used by ForexVPS.vip.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and checking service notices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on our website or made available through an official ForexVPS.vip channel.

By continuing to use the services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, unless another jurisdiction is required by mandatory applicable law.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or services shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Latvia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
